As of life-long resident of Scioto County, it’s safe to say Maddie Burnside knows the area well.
Maddie is a graduate of Notre Dame High School and Shawnee State University. At Shawnee, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Soon after graduation, she received her Ohio real estate license. During that time, Maddie met her husband, Jeremy. They now have three daughters: Maura, Marty Kate, and Maren.
When Maddie entered the scene as a real estate agent, she didn’t have any trouble finding clients as many new agents do. The strong relationships Maddie built throughout her life made buying and selling homes easy – and fun for her. Maddie takes pride in these valuable connections, which helped her win several coveted awards, including Rookie of the Year with her former affiliation. As her career progressed, Maddie continued to learn from her experiences and win more awards, including Top Producer with her former firm and the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Club Award for the last three years. And, after only two years in the business, Maddie was named the 2013 Reader’s Choice #1 Realtor in the Portsmouth Daily Times.
Maddie believes her business education will greatly benefit her clients when looking to buy their dream home, sell their current home, or both. She is dedicated to working hard and listening to the needs of her clients. She also has been known to make the home buying or selling process a fun one!
